Welcome to the Breakwater Apartments. Our boutique accommodation contains 9 modern and spacious apartments offering the choice of either two or three bedroom apartments. The three bedroom apartments have stunning ocean views and are positioned across the road from a swimming beach and the boardwalk & cyclepath. They are located next to the Port of Napier truck and train entrance. You can soak up the sun on your balcony or enjoy a glass of wine while watching international cruise ships and transportation ships coming and going.
... Amenities ... The apartment has its own private balcony, a sunny open plan living/dining and fully appointed kitchen area. There is free WIFI available and 50+ Guest Select Sky TV. The master bedroom has walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with spa bath and shower over and there is a main bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There is a two car garage that you could securely lock either the dinghy boat, jet ski, kayaks, surfboards, car or anything else you need to store. In most apartments there is a private laundry with washing machine, tub and drier located in the garage.
... Location .... The apartment within a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute leisurely walk from the popular seaside village of Ahuriri and in the other direction Napier's central city and Marine Parade. In Ahuriri you will find many local restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries, antique and boutique shopping. For recreation Ahuriri offers a playground on the foreshore, fishing off the jetty, a picture theatre, bike hire, fishing club, yacht club, water sports equipment hire and fishing charters. The well known "Art Deco" city of Napier boasts many attractions including the Museum, Acquarium, Ocean Spa which is a heated pool complex and many other attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants.
This is an ideal Napier location directly across from a swimming beach and central to both Ahuriri in one direction and Napier City in the other both within 1 km of the apartment.
Check-in: There is no office or reception at the Breakwater Apartments. To check-in and collect your key you need to come to Harbour View Seaside Accommodation, 60 Nelson Quay, Ahuriri, Napier.
A 1min / 1km drive down the road.
Open Hours are 8am to 7pm everyday.

- 3 Bedroom Apartment (A) - 1 Queen & 3 Single. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with spa bath. The second bedroom has two single size beds. The third smaller bedroom has one single size bed. There is a second bathroom and seperate toilet. This apartment has a two car internal access garage with power door and laundry facilities.

- 3 Bedroom Apartment (B) - 2 Queen & 1 Single. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with spa bath. The second bedroom has one queen size bed.
