We offer you a modern, comfortable apartment style cottage with quality furnishings and linen, on our quarter acre property. It is completely self-contained, with own full kitchen and laundry facilities. Sunny living area. Queen-size bed in the separate bedroom with en-suite.
Serviced once a week. Original artworks. (Sometimes available for sale). We will stock the pantry on request.

We are two minutes from the city, with café bars and restaurants, information centre, Museum and Art Gallery 18 hole golf course, Aquatic centre, Southland Institute Of Technology, 80acres of beautiful Queens Park, Rugby Park and Southland's Sport Stadium. A 5-minute drive to Airport, Hospital and close to excellent trout fishing rivers. Only a couple of hours from lakes and mountains. 10 minutes from Oreti Beach.
Close to supermarkets shops and bus stop just around the corner.
We are close to the Southern Scenic Route.
