The Terraces can offer you luxurious and affordable apartment-style accommodation, right across the road from the beach. The apartments are fully self-contained.
We are handy to the Bayfair Shopping Complex for all your shopping needs and Bay Wave swimming complex. It's a 700m stroll down Girven Rd. 10-minute drive to Tauranga city shopping and CBD.
The Terraces at Ocean Beach offers superior accommodation only 150m from the beach. We have 22 apartments of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that can be rented as 1, 2, or 3-bedroom units. 30 minutes FREE wifi included per person. After this more Wifi is available at an additional charge
The bottom floor has a third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also has its own laundry and a single lock-up garage.
We also have a community area with BBQ facilities available for your enjoyment, under a large pohutukawa tree.

- An ideal rate and apartment for corporate travellers. Midweeker is available Sunday to Thursday only for maximum of one guest. Price is based on a stay in our One Bedroom apartment, plenty of space and self contained so ideal if you have had enough of eating alone in restaurants.

- Two Bedroom Apartment
- Two bedroom apartment begins with a secure Single car garage on the ground floor. 1st floor is the living area, a full kitchen with dining area and lounge area provide a comfortable space to relax or cook your favourite meal. Main bedrooms is on the second floor, 2nd room is either on the 2nd floor or the ground floor. 2nd bedroom can be either 2 single beds or another queen size bed. Please advise your preference at time of booking
